 Dear Parents:

 With some new and exciting developments, relating to the 2019 Summer Camp season, I am going to postpone the opening date for sign ups until Wednesday, May 15, 2019.

 Some news I do want to share are personnel changes relating to each Camp.  At Conover Road Camp, Sean McQuillan, the Assistant Supervisor under the capable tutelage of Katie Gilpin for the last three years, has assumed her position as Supervisor, as Katie has decided to enjoy a well-deserved full summer off.

 At Cedar Drive Camp, Tom Savage is retiring after 10 years of dedication to the camp and the children that have passed through, some that are now in graduate school or new hires in business.  Shannon Pugliesi, has been elevated to Tom’s position after being his understudy for the past seven years.  Shannon attended both Camps as a camper and like Katie, Sean and Tom, is a full-time educator.

 This two-week hiatus will allow them to implement some of their own ideas as to the direction of their respective camps.

 Pertinent detail to share:  Camp – Start Monday, June 24; End Thursday, August 1; uly 4, no camp

 Hours – 9 am to 2 pm weekdays

 Cost - $600 for the Season

           $585 for the second child from same immediate family

           $575 for each additional child from same immediate family

 Cost increase reflects added camp security and an increase in pay for summer help, so as to retain the most creative and talented staff for your children’s summer fun.

 Pro-rating is limited to days where a Recreation and Parks sponsored program below conflicts with your child’s camp.  There is up to a ten-day credit toward these sponsored programs.

 At present, in conjunction with Colts Neck High School, the following are sponsored programs:

 Basketball

Baseball

Field Hockey

Speed and Agility

 These opportunities appear or will appear on our website, cnrecparks.com.

Colts Neck Open Gym at Colts Neck High School– 2018-2019

The Colts Neck Recreation Department is offering the students of Colts Neck High School an opportunity for open gym time from September 24, 2018 through May 31, 2019, when supervised by an approved adult.  Times vary. COMMUNITY PASS  instructions.
